Managing a team of project managers, the full-time Data Center Project Manager will oversee all phases of project management, including procurement and contracting, while ensuring compliance and achieving strategic business objectives in a remote or onsite capacity. Key responsibilities Provide formal supervision and mentorship to team members, including performance evaluations and training Coordinate daily activities, establish work schedules, and manage project timelines and deliverables Oversee project management processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance in contract procurement and administration Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience; alternative combinations of education and experience will be considered Preferred certifications include LEED AP, PMP, and CCM Experience in staffing, training, and performance management is preferred Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide team performance In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products and intermediate math skills for financial calculations
