Whether you're turning a wrench, managing operations, or supporting customers, you play a vital role in powering industries that moves the world forward.The Data Center Project Manager is responsible for providing the technical knowledge and comprehensive management needed to execute Power Systems sales orders per project specifications in a manner that achieves maximum gross profit while promoting the highest level of customer satisfaction.Requirements for the Data Center Project Manager position include:Basic knowledge of the following: BAS/BMS communication, Protective relaying, Breaker design and functionality, Modbus/Ethernet communication, Generator paralleling, Diesel engine operating requirements/room design, Fuel and Cooling systems, Emissions regulations and testing, applicable electrical and regulatory codesFunctional competency on all associated software and operating systems, including Word, Excel, EBMS, Sales Force, DBS, Cat PowerNet, SIS-WEB, PSQ, Lotus Notes, EOMP, AutoCAD and Adobe StandardExcellent verbal and written communication skillsSelf-starter able to work with limited supervisionStrong mechanical and electrical aptitude, requiredStrong leadership skills and a commitment to teamworkMust be able to multi-task while maintaining organized and detailedExperience in conflict resolution with contractors, consultants, engineers, vendors, utility companies, end-users, etc.Able to travel and work hours required for job and customer demandMust have an excellent driving recordPromote a positive customer experienceUphold the Core Values of Integrity, Commitment, Excellence and Teamwork by embracing The Carter WaySeeking candidates with:Minimum two years' industrial/electrical power generation systems equipment project management experienceHigh school diploma or equivalentCollege degree in related field, preferredPhysical requirements:Required to stand; walk and talk or hear.Frequently required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawlOccasionally lift and /or move up to 20 poundsSpecific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and ability to adjust focusCompetitive compensation and benefits:Health, dental and vision insurancePaid time off401(k), $0.75 to $1.25 match up to 6%Life and disability insuranceIn-house training instructors/programsTuition reimbursementEmployee referral bonus programTool allowances and tool loansDiscounts on cellular phone service, computers, and vehiclesOpportunities for overtimeShift differential (if applicable)You'll gain access to real learning, real advancement, and a real future in a company that's reshaping what it means to lead in our industry.
