About Us
We are a rapidly growing data center infrastructure company delivering white space fit-out projects for hyperscale cloud and AI customers across the United States and Asia. Our projects include structured cabling, busway systems, power distribution, containment systems, and mission-critical data center infrastructure.
We are seeking a bilingual Project Manager to support the successful delivery of data center projects throughout the Northern Virginia market.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day execution of data center fit-out projects from initiation through completion
- Coordinate engineering, procurement, logistics, installation, testing, and commissioning activities
- Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, budgets, and risk registers
- Serve as the primary point of contact between customers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues impacting schedule, budget, or quality
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety requirements, and customer expectations
- Support project handover, documentation, and final acceptance activities
QualificationsRequired
- 2–5 years of project management experience in one or more of the following industries:
- Data Centers
- Construction
- MEP
- Structured Cabling
- Telecommunications Infrastructure
- Mission Critical Facilities
- Fluent in
- English and Mandarin Chinese
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel as required within the United States
Preferred
- Experience supporting hyperscale or colocation data center projects
- Familiarity with MS Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent project management software
- PMP, CAPM, or related project management certifications
- Experience working with international customers and vendors
