Large‑scale data center program is seeking a mid‑level Project Engineer specializing in SCADA, HMI development, and control network architecture. Facilities include 30+ PLCs and multiple SCADA servers, requiring strong technical ownership and client‑facing confidence.
What you'll do
* Design, document, and support control network architecture for multi‑PLC, multi‑server facilities
* Own SCADA/HMI graphics development and issue resolution on Ignition and AVEVA System Platform
* Maintain consistency and reliability by adhering to established company and client standards
* Troubleshoot escalated graphics, communications, and SCADA performance issues
* Interface directly with the client and manage deliverables with limited daily direction
What we're looking for
* 5-10 years of controls experience with specialization in SCADA/HMI platforms
* Strong experience with Ignition (Inductive Automation) or AVEVA System Platform
* Solid understanding of network architecture, Modbus communications, and controls fundamentals
* Independent, self‑directed, and comfortable working in a client‑facing environment
* Backgrounds in energy, oil & gas, data centers, or other large‑scale industrial control environments
