Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain a multi-year portfolio plan for data center shell capacity across priority geographies Translate compute forecasts and IT-load requirements into site and building specifications Identify capacity gaps and recommend phasing strategies for campus and building development Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in data center development, infrastructure planning, or related fields Experience managing portfolio-level plans across multiple data center sites Strong understanding of the data center development lifecycle Ability to translate technical requirements into facility-capacity decisions Strong quantitative and scenario-modeling skills
