Data Center Operations ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Data Center Operations Manager to perform data center operations. The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our client's data center facilities, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of server equipment. This position has a 100% onsite requirement.Core Responsibilities:Ensure 24/7 operations and security of data centersOversee installation, maintenance, and upgrades of data center infrastructureMonitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actionsDevelop, implement, and enforce data center policies and proceduresCollaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal departments to support business objectivesDevelop and maintain disaster recovery and backup plansEnsure compliance with industry regulations and standardsConduct regular audits and assessments of data center operationsRequirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in data center operations; ANDBachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field; ORAdvanced certifications (e.g.

Data Center Certified Associate, Certified Data Center Professional) preferredAdditional Requirements:Strong technical skills:Data center infrastructure and network technologiesHVAC, UPS, and power distribution systemsNetwork and server hardwareData center management tools and softwareCapacity / performance planning and lifecycle managementMaintain architecture diagrams, rack elevations, and network mapsLeadership and organizational skills:Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple prioritiesStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesEffective communication and interpersonal skillsStrong project management skillsFamiliarity with industry and compliance standards and federal security requirements (e.g., FISMA/NIST)Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsSecurity Requirements:Must be able to obtain up to a Secret clearance.EEO Compliance:Ryde is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
