The Opportunity
You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of critical operations, ensuring maximum uptime, operational excellence and exceptional customer experience across a state-of-the-art data center campus.
Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll influence operational strategy while leading a team of experienced Critical Facility Managers, Chief Engineers and Critical Facilities Technicians.
Responsibilities
- Lead engineering and facilities operations across a mission-critical campus
- Drive uptime, reliability and operational excellence
- Manage preventative and predictive maintenance programmes
- Lead, coach and develop high-performing engineering teams
- Support infrastructure upgrades, commissioning and capital projects
- Manage operational budgets and performance metrics
- Build strong relationships with customers, vendors and internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory and operational standards
What We’re Looking For
- Experience leading engineering operations within mission-critical facilities
- Data center experience strongly preferred
- Proven leadership of multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Strong knowledge of critical electrical and mechanical infrastructure
- Commercial awareness and excellent stakeholder management
- Passion for developing people and driving continuous improvement
