Job TitleMonitoringAn on-site electrician will physically monitor the environment by conducting periodic patrols.Preventive Maintenance (PM)Responsible for managing PM activities according to Client's PM plan in collaboration with Client's subcontractors.Malfunction Handling (MH)Electrical Incidents: Provide immediate response to incidents classified as L1 and L2.HVAC Incidents: Provide immediate response to incidents classified as L1.Note: All PM and MH activities will adhere to Client's standards.Qualifications and Requirements:Certified electrician license.Basic HVAC knowledge and skills.Service availability 24/7 for incident response.Basic computer skills (Office suite, operating systems).Serve as Level1 support for incidents in HVAC, water, and air systems.Serve as Level1 & Level2 support for incidents in Electrical systems.Strong service orientation, responsibility, independence, and a systems oriented mindset.
