A Hyperscale data center client is hiring for a Program lead capacity planning and infrastructure manager to oversee programs to ensure data center supply aligns with rapidly evolving demand for compute, storage, and high-performance networking. This role drives cross-functional initiatives that balance technical requirements, cost efficiency, supply chain realities, and business priorities while helping oversee large-scale infrastructure investments.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management, capacity planning, supply chain planning, or large-scale infrastructure planning
- Experience in supply chain operations, including demand–supply matching, inventory optimization, procurement planning, and logistics coordination
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex technical and business topics to senior leaders and customers
- Demonstrated program management expertise, including planning, execution, risk management, and delivery in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including forecasting, demand planning, statistical modeling, and data analysis
- Experience with SQL, Python, R, or similar tools for analysis and modeling; familiarity with data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Solid understanding of data center infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling systems
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, product, finance, supply chain, and operations teams in fast-paced technology settings
- Strong business acumen and ability to balance technical, financial, and strategic considerations
