Volta is seeking a Design Lead to own design on Volta's projects, embedded with the project team and reporting to the Project Delivery Manager. You will manage design partners, protect the standard design intent, and ensure design moves at construction pace.
You will work to align Volta's fleet standards with site delivery, applying on-site engineering practices while feeding lessons back into reference designs.
