Data Center Construction Project Manager - Nationwide

GH Engage have partnered with a leading data center technology integrator and construction contractor to deliver multiple employees across their project and field teams. This is an incredible opportunity with scope for rapid progression and a fantastic pipeline of projects to work on.

The Mission:

• Manage data center construction projects from startup through final turnover.
• Oversee field technicians, foremen, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Set daily and weekly priorities for field teams.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and overall performance.
• Plan manpower, coordinate material deliveries, and allocate resources as needed.
• Review contracts, drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Support commissioning, startup, and turnover activities.
• Maintain safety, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction throughout the project.
• Use Procore and other project management tools to track progress and keep project documentation up to date.

You'll need:

• Experience in data center construction OR industrial construction
• Experience with tech integration into data centers, or electrical construction, would be a bonus as well
• Willing to travel to to data center sites US-Wide
