Data Center Construction Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Center MEP Construction Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works for mission-critical data center construction projects. The successful candidate will manage all phases of MEP construction, from design coordination through commissioning and handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

• Lead end-to-end delivery of MEP construction packages for data center projects.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, general contractors, architects, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address schedule, cost, quality, and resource risks.
• Prepare weekly and monthly project reports for internal and client stakeholders.
• Manage project change requests, claims, and variations.

MEP Construction Management

• Oversee installation of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems.
• Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, codes, and industry standards.
• Supervise subcontractors and site teams to ensure adherence to project schedules and quality requirements.
• Coordinate interfaces between MEP, civil, structural, and architectural disciplines.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and construction documentation. xhqgsiq
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of long-lead MEP equipment.
