Data Center Capacity Manager

Leading a team in a remote environment, the full-time salaried Manager of Data Center Capacity Management will optimize power, space, and infrastructure capacity across global data centers, focusing on capacity planning, auditing, and reporting. Key responsibilities: Own and lead comprehensive capacity planning across power, cooling, space, and availability Define and implement infrastructure capacity requirements and reporting benchmarks Oversee regular physical audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with SOC 2 and SOX requirements Required qualifications: 7+ years of experience in data center capacity and power management Demonstrated experience optimizing power utilization within critical infrastructure environments Experience with DCIM software for capacity planning and inventory management Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure including power, cooling, and network systems Experience in personnel management and team development
