Data Center Administrator

To support a growing data center environment, the full-time Data Center Administrator will manage the lifecycle of servers and network equipment, coordinate facility maintenance, and ensure optimal operation of all data center components in a remote setting. Key responsibilities: Share responsibility for 24x7 support of data center specific issues with local team members Manage the entire lifecycle of servers, storage, and network equipment, including maintenance and recycling Coordinate and supervise facility maintenance while ensuring compliance with environmental policies Required qualifications: Ability to lift equipment up to 50 lbs Experience in a production data center environment is highly preferred Understanding of data center power and cooling infrastructure components is preferred Deep understanding of server components and repair is preferred Basic understanding of the Linux command line interface is preferred
