Owning and enhancing the accuracy and usability of service management platform data, the full-time remote Data Capability Engineer will ensure service mapping and asset data are reliable, support AI-driven capabilities, and engage in workflows for onboarding new applications into the CMDB. Key responsibilities Ensure accurate and up-to-date service mapping across hosts, servers, and applications Extend mapping coverage to additional data types such as certificates, websites, and SaaS applications Apply data quality standards to high-value platform data and ensure it is consumable by AI systems without re-verification Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, data management, or equivalent practical experience Five to eight years of experience in IT data, configuration/asset management, or a related data-engineering role Hands-on experience with CMDB and service mapping concepts Strong data-quality fundamentals including profiling, deduplication, and normalization Practical experience with querying and shaping data in structured platforms like Dataverse
