To support innovative healthcare data solutions, the remote Data Architect - Snowflake will design and optimize Population Health data products while leveraging Snowflake and dbt, focusing on provider claims analytics and performance improvement initiatives on a C2C contract basis. Key responsibilities Design, build, and optimize Population Health data products using Snowflake and dbt Develop scalable solutions to support risk contracts and outcomes measurement utilizing the Milliman MedInsight Transport Database Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into robust data architectures and lead as the healthcare provider claims SME Required qualifications Senior/Architect-level data engineering experience Deep provider-side healthcare claims analytics expertise Strong understanding of Population Health, Risk Adjustment, and Value-Based Care programs Proven experience designing solutions in Snowflake Advanced dbt skills, including reusable models and data transformations
