Data Architect (Snowflake)Core Responsibilities:Design end-to-end Snowflake data architecture for enterprise data platformsDefine data models (conceptual, logical, physical) and ELT frameworksLead data migration from legacy EDW/DataStage to SnowflakeArchitect and integrate pipelines across ADF, Databricks, and SnowflakeStrong domain knowledge in Supply ChainStrong Health care domain knowledgeOptimize query performance, workload management, and cost efficiencyConfigure Snowflake features: Virtual warehouses Resource monitors Time travel / zero-copy cloningEnsure data quality, lineage, and validation across pipelinesImplement data governance, security, and RBAC frameworksBuild scalable, reusable metadata-driven frameworksTroubleshoot and resolve complex performance and data issuesCollaborate with: Data Engineering teams (ADF, Databricks) BI teams (Looker/Tableau) Business stakeholdersLead architecture design reviews, code reviews, and mentoringDrive technical strategy and solution governanceRequired Skills:Strong expertise in Snowflake architecture & implementationAdvanced SQL, ELT design, and performance tuningExperience with Azure + Databricks ecosystemStrong understanding of Data Warehousing & Lakehouse architecturePreferred:Experience in Healthcare / Supply Chain domainExposure to DataStage ?
