About the role
HelloWork builds next generation Talent Operations practices and helps companies build teams. We're looking for a Data Architect to join one of our client teams in several nordic cities.You'll be designing data systems that turn messy reality into organized, useful information.
What you'll do
- Design scalable data architectures for analytics, reporting, and AI use cases
- Work with business owners to understand their data needs and translate them into technical solutions
- Choose the right tools and technologies for data storage, processing, and analysis
- Set up data governance frameworks and ensure compliance with regulations like GDPR
- Create data pipelines that move information reliably between systems
What we're looking for
- 6+ years of experience designing and implementing data architectures
- Strong knowledge of data modeling techniques and when to use them
- Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, or similar)
- Understanding of data warehousing, data lakes, and modern data lakehouse architectures
- Knowledge of complex ETL/ELT processes and data pipeline tools (Databricks, etc.)
Nice to have
- Knowledge of real-time data processing and streaming architectures
- Experience with data mesh and decentralized data architectures
- Understanding of machine learning and AI data requirements
