The right candidate for this position has a proven track record as a principal consultant with superior technical skills, demonstrates an ability to lead small technical teams and can manage business/customer relationships.Responsibilities:Lead Enterprise Information and Data Architecture, Standards and StrategiesDevelop comprehensive strategy, roadmap and implementation plans around Governance, Information Lifecycle, Metadata Management, Master Data, Data Integration, Security and associated change managementLead multiple strategic programs around data as a key asset driving products, platforms, architecture and organizationUses extensive technical expertise to build case for change in technology architecture strategyWork directly with business users to translate requirements into solutions and ultimately develop and deploy cutting-edge solutions that leverage cloud based data architecturesRapidly Prototype working models and solutions to obtain business alignment on approachOwns overall solution architecture on a projects including direction, principles, various levels of abstraction, and current stateCoordinates technical kick-off sessions by providing detailed product architecture overviews and development plansSkills:Minimum of ten years in working with Enterprise Data Warehouse technologies including Multi-Dimensional Data Modeling, Data Architectures or other work related to the construction of enterprise data assetsSolid understanding and demonstrable implementation experience of cloud data platform technologies (Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services) and data lakesDeep technical experience in one or more of the following areas: Database architecture, Big Data, Machine Learning, Business Intelligence, Data Governance, No-SQL databases, Advanced Analytics, Data Mining, ETLProven track record of driving decisions collaboratively, resolving conflicts and ensuring follow through with exceptional verbal and written communication skillsA strong understanding of data profiling and data cleansing techniquesProven track record driving rapid prototyping and designsStrong programming background.
