Analytics Software And Systems AdministratorThe purpose of this role is to strategically implement and support Analytics software and systems including integration with databases and data warehouses and championing the technologies and their utilization at ConocoPhillips. This position will be primary support of the Spotfire application and its components.Responsibilities:Administration Support for Spotfire:Operations – configuration, monitoring, security, troubleshooting, and issue resolutionSystem changes - installs, upgrades, patches, testingWork closely with other ADT teams on planning, delivery, and issues regarding SpotfirePerformance and disk space monitoring of Spotfire serversDeveloping and maintaining scripts used to automate various administrative tasksEnsuring all the Spotfire servers comply with Company security standards (DEV, TEST, and PROD)Managing documentation of Spotfire administrator duties along with the Spotfire COE SharePoint sitePartnering with Windows Server, Production Control, Database Services, Web Services, Packaging, Storage Management, Disaster Recovery, ServiceDesk, and other IT teams as part of ongoing operationsBe part of an on-call rotation providing support for critical production issuesProvides technical consulting and guidance to development teams for the design and development of highly complex or critical Spotfire reportsProvide technical support and work with infrastructure teams to ensure an effective operating environment including throughput, repository sizing, capacity planning, and maintenanceBasic/Required:Legally authorized to work in the United StatesBachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Sciences or comparable experience (5+ years in IT related field)2+ years’ experience with Spotfire administration and report development2+ years’ experience in software administration, support, or development2+ years’ experience using SQL to query databases1+ years’ experience with Servicenow or similar ticketing systemKnowledge and experience of BI and Analytics platformsKnowledge and experience of Integration platformsProven analytical and problem-solving skills to quickly recognize, isolate, and resolve technical problemsWillingness to work after business hours periodically to implement needed changes or upgradesStrong verbal/written communication and team building skillsCustomer focused, business driven, and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong networks with company resources around the globePreferred:3+ years’ experience using Windows Virtual ServersPrior experience installing, patching and supporting commercial off the shelf softwareA basic understanding of application integrationExperience with SQL on Oracle and MS SQL ServerExperience with R and IronPython languagesExperience with Active Directory and integrating Active Directory with applications using LDAP and KerberosRelease Comments: Hello, this position is a backfill and needing someone asap.
