In this role, you will transform raw operational data into well-structured datasets that enable reporting, product insights, and better decision-making.You'll work closely with our engineering and analytics teams to build robust pipelines, define warehouse models, and ensure our data platform is reliable, scalable, and built for the future.If you enjoy solving data infrastructure problems and building systems that enable an entire organization to move faster with data, this role is for you.What You'll BuildAs a Data Architect at PDK, you will help design and maintain the core systems that move, transform, and organize data across the company.This includes:Designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines that ingest unstructured event data from internal product and engineering databases into our Snowflake data warehouseDesigning data models and schemas that support analytics and reportingDeveloping ETL/ELT workflows using Python, Airflow, and FivetranEnsuring data pipelines are reliable, observable, and well-testedMaintaining and optimizing our Snowflake data warehouseIntegrating new data sources across product, operations, and business systemsImproving data quality, documentation, and governance across the platformYour work will directly support teams across the company by ensuring the data they rely on is accurate, accessible, and scalable.Our Data StackOur data platform uses a modern cloud data stack, including:Snowflake for our data warehouseGoogle Cloud Platform (GCP) for storage and data servicesAirflow for pipeline orchestrationFivetran for data ingestiondbt for transformations and modelingPython and SQL for pipeline and transformation logicGitHub for version control and collaborationYou will play an important role in evolving this platform and improving how we build and operate data systems.
