Data Architect

We're seeking a senior‑level Data Architect / Data Engineer who enjoys solving complex data challenges, building scalable solutions, and acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across the organization. The ideal candidate can move seamlessly between understanding business needs, designing enterprise data solutions, and rolling up their sleeves to help implement them.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with business and technical leaders to understand reporting, analytics, and data management needs
• Identify systems of record and define enterprise sources of truth
• Design and implement scalable data architectures, integrations, and pipelines
• Drive lakehouse, warehouse, and data platform strategies
• Evaluate current‑state environments and recommend future‑state solutions
• Build and support data ingestion, transformation, and integration processes
• Collaborate on data governance, stewardship, and ownership initiatives
• Present recommendations and technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences
• Help establish best practices for data architecture, engineering, and analytics

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience as a Data Architect, Lead Data Engineer, Principal Data Engineer, or similar senior‑level data role
• Strong SQL expertise
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise data solutions
• Hands‑on experience with data integration, ETL/ELT, and data pipeline development
• Experience with modern data warehousing and/or lakehouse architectures
• Strong data modeling and data architecture experience
• Ability to work directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Experience evaluating, recommending, and implementing data platform solutions
• Strong communication and consulting skills with the ability to influence technical and business decisions

• Data governance and master data initiatives
• Lakehouse architecture and Medallion design patterns
• Power BI and analytics platforms
• Experience supporting AI, advanced analytics, or modern data platform initiatives
