We're searching for a Data and Reporting Analyst to help modernize the data behind $900M+ in annual charitable giving, transition from legacy systems to a new platform, and to develop and maintain the dashboards leadership relies on.
Our client is a NYC-based donor-advised fund sponsor managing $4B+ in charitable assets across 5,000+ funds. This analyst will build Power BI dashboards on donor activity and grant distributions, lead data migration to a new fundraising and ERP system, and expand the organization's automation and low-code capabilities. The role reports directly to the CTO.
Hybrid, New York City (in-office schedule flexible and mutually agreed)
$110k – $135k base + benefits
~5 years in data analytics/BI | Power BI or comparable BI platform
We're looking for someone with strong Excel skills, working knowledge of SQL and data modeling, and hands-on experience cleansing and reconciling data for reporting or system transitions. You should be able to turn a stakeholder's request into a report people actually use, and explain it clearly to technical and non-technical colleagues alike.
Bonus points for Power Automate or other low-code tools, BigQuery or another cloud data platform, DAX, APIs, AI-enabled data tools, or nonprofit/foundation/DAF experience. You don't need every one of these. If you have a solid analytics foundation and pick up new tools quickly, we want to hear from you.
Applicants will be asked to share a dashboard sample (Power BI preferred) and an automation workflow they've built, so have one ready.
