Focused on cleaning and analyzing program data, the full-time remote Data and Product Analyst will visualize data for partners and community members, distill actionable insights, and support Salesforce CRM administration and product development needs. Key responsibilities Clean, join, and consolidate program data from multiple sources while performing complex quantitative analysis to inform program strategy Build geospatial maps and create tabular and visualization reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI Identify data issues within Salesforce, develop solutions for database performance, and optimize internal workflows for improved user experience Required qualifications Strong interest in improving access to social services for vulnerable communities Experience in the nonprofit or social services sector preferred Proficiency in Salesforce data mining and analysis techniques, including automated dashboards and reports Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for complex data analysis and reporting Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Microsoft Power BI
