To support data-driven decision-making, the full-time Data & Insights Analyst will analyze survey results, build dashboards, and present findings to district leaders, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Analyze survey data and create visualizations to provide actionable insights for internal and external stakeholders Collaborate with engineering to validate data quality and automate survey administration processes Deliver presentations of data findings to non-technical audiences, ensuring clarity and credibility in insights Required qualifications 4+ years of experience in data analysis, educational research, or program evaluation Proficiency in at least one analysis language (Python, Stata, or R) and experience with BI tools for data visualization Strong understanding of survey measurement concepts and experience with quality assurance on data outputs Familiarity with survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics) and interest in modernizing data tools Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, research, or education-related field, or equivalent experience
