Racker Data AnalystWe're looking for someone who sees data not as spreadsheets, but as stories waiting to be told.This role sits at the intersection of donor relations, database management, and creative communication. You'll maintain the systems that power our fundraising efforts, translate giving patterns into actionable insights, and help our team understand what the numbers actually mean. If you're curious about what's possible when you combine the right data with the right questions—and you can explain your findings to people who aren't data people—we want to hear from you.Make a tangible difference in fundraising for the vital services Racker provides for individuals with disabilities in our community by helping to share the impact of this work.This is a full-time, in-person position.Starting salary range: 45,000 - $50,000Our competitive benefits include a continuum of health care options for families and individuals, funding and time for continuing education, retirement investment with employer match, paid vacation for school holidays and breaks, paid sick time, and a 20% discount on childcare services for children/grandchildren of full time staff.ResponsibilitiesData & Database ManagementProcess all donations and oversee database entry, working with finance to track and journal gift receiptsRun quarterly reports, maintain donor lists, and lead database streamlining projectsCombine data files across sources to build analytics that inform strategy and interpret dataMaintain and organize donor, media, and photo permission filesCommunication & CoordinationProduce annual gift acknowledgements (memorials, honoraria, gifts in-kind) and send notifications and pledge remindersCoordinate solicitation and newsletter mailings; maintain the master annual mailing calendarSupport production and distribution of internal communications to staff and familiesPrepare agendas, distribute minutes, and handle meeting scheduling for meetings and committees served by Community Relations and DevelopmentEvent SupportManage mailing lists, compile RSVP lists, and handle day-of duties as neededAssist with materials distribution and provide on-site event supportQualificationsEducationAssociate degree required, or equivalent experience in a database analysis and administrative role.
