They serve the insurance, healthcare, banking, capital markets, utilities, retail and e-commerce, travel, transportation and logistics industries.Role OverviewWe are seeking a Data & BI Solution Architect who has significant experience in the Insurance domain in delivering efficient data-led solutions across business functions and leading collaboration with business, technology and analysts. This is a remote role with the potential to become hybrid.Key Responsibilities & SkillsetsCommon Skillsets:7+ years of demonstrated experience (with significant experience in the Insurance domain) in delivering efficient data-led solutions across business functions leading collaboration with business, technology and analysts.Led the design and architecture of various data engineering solutions, BI capability development business value-based implementation.Excellent communication & presentation skillsRelevant experience in data engineering, BI, or predictive modeling tools like Spark/ Azure Data factory/AWS/GCP/Python, SQLServer/Snowflake, and experience with other BI tools like PowerBI, Tableau, etc.Specialize in performance tuning of ETL processes, data warehouses, data models, BI suite, model performance etc.Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.Guide onshore and offshore analysts to deliver data analytic solutions within the timelines with best practices and standardsLead by example in prototyping new features/solutions demonstrating practical application to the team showcasing best practices and efficient data processing techniques.Good knowledge of database management and SQLSuperior analytical and problem-solving skillsShould be able to work on a problem independently and prepare client-ready deliverable with minimal or no supervisionGood communication skills for client interactionData Management Skillsets:Should have a strong grasp of advanced SQL functionalities (joins, nested queries, and procedures).Strong ability to translate functional specifications/requirements to technical requirementsCandidate ProfileBachelors/Master's degree in economics, mathematics, actuarial sciences, computer science/engineering, operations research or related analytics areas; candidates with BA/BS degrees in the same fields from the top tier academic institutions are also welcome to applyStrong and in-depth understanding of DE FundamentalsData analysis experienceSuperior analytical and problem-solving skillsOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsOr refer someone
