🚀 Data & Analytics Product Manager | Hybrid | Addison, TX or McLean, VA

Client is looking for a Data & Analytics Product Manager to help drive Marketing, Loyalty, CRM, and MarTech data transformation initiatives. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting business strategy, data, technology, and project delivery.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead project/product management across data and analytics initiatives, including roadmaps, requirements, scope, and delivery.
• Partner with Marketing, CRM, Digital, Loyalty, MarTech, data, and analytics teams to define business and data needs.
• Manage timelines, risks, dependencies, enhancement requests, and stakeholder communications.
• Prepare leadership updates, governance reviews, and management reporting.
• Support CDP, customer data, MDM, data integration, and new marketing data capabilities.

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of project/product management experience with requirements, roadmaps, risk, and issue management.
• 4+ years driving technical, analytics, engineering, or data initiatives.
• 2+ years of data analysis, reporting, storytelling, or modeling experience.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or MicroStrategy and PM tools such as Jira or Smartsheet.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Hybrid: 2–3 days onsite | Addison, TX or McLean, VA
