To support the development of AI and data fusion solutions, the full-time remote Data & AI Technical Lead will take ownership of technical design and architecture, lead the execution of initiatives, and provide technical leadership across data and AI systems. Key responsibilities Co-own technical architecture and system design with the Principal Data Engineer, covering data pipelines and AI flows Lead the design and implementation of data and AI flows across heterogeneous systems, ensuring reliability and scalability Mentor engineers on system design and AI integration patterns while driving technical initiatives from discovery to production Required qualifications Strong Python engineering background with production-grade code across data pipelines and AI integrations Proven experience in data architecture and designing systems that handle data at scale Solid understanding of AI systems design, including LLMs and multi-agent systems Hands-on experience with backend development using FastAPI and event-driven architectures Technical leadership experience, influencing teams through credibility and clear communication
