Data & AI Solution Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Data & AI Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale data, analytics, and AI solutions. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, translating complex business challenges into scalable, secure, and intelligent solutions utilizing Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure AI Services, and Azure OpenAI.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and design of enterprise Data & AI solutions from strategy through implementation.
• Architect scalable data lake, lakehouse, data warehouse, and real-time analytics solutions.
• Design and implement enterprise reporting and business intelligence solutions using Power BI.
• Lead AI and Generative AI solution architecture utilizing Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, Copilot technologies, and Machine Learning platforms.
• Define data governance, security, compliance, privacy, and data quality frameworks.
• Architect data integration, ETL/ELT pipelines, master data management, and enterprise data strategies.
• Lead technical discovery workshops and translate business requirements into architecture roadmaps and implementation plans.
• Develop architecture blueprints, solution designs, technical documentation, and deployment strategies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, data scientists, developers, and project teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Establish best practices for scalability, performance, security, reliability, and operational excellence.
• Support solution reviews, architecture governance, and technical quality assurance activities.
• Mentor technical teams and contribute to reusable accelerators, frameworks, and delivery methodologies.
• Stay current with Microsoft’s Data & AI ecosystem, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience in Data, Analytics, Cloud, or Enterprise Technology solutions.
• At least 7 years of experience in Solution Architecture roles.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure SQL, and Power BI.
• Proven experience designing enterprise data warehouses, data lakes, lakehouse architectures, and modern analytics platforms.
• Hands‑on experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, Machine Learning, and Generative AI solutions.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT frameworks, data integration, and data architecture best practices.
• Experience with data governance, metadata management, security, compliance, and Microsoft Purview.
• Knowledge of cloud architecture principles, networking, identity management, and enterprise security.
• Strong communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
• Experience leading enterprise‑scale digital transformation and data modernization initiatives.

Required Certifications

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Purview, OneLake, Real‑Time Intelligence, and Data Science workloads.
• Experience with Azure Machine Learning, MLOps, and AI governance frameworks.
• Knowledge of Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and intelligent automation solutions.
• Experience in consulting, managed services, or system integration organizations.
• Industry experience across Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail, Insurance, Government, or Professional Services sectors.
• Additional certifications in Azure, Data, AI, Security, or Enterprise Architecture.
