Leading the establishment of an enterprise-wide governance program for data and AI, the full-time salaried Data and AI Governance Manager will develop frameworks, policies, and standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement enterprise Data and AI Governance frameworks, policies, and operating models Establish accountability for data ownership, stewardship, quality, and appropriate use across the organization Create a risk-based governance process for AI use cases, ensuring compliance and responsible innovation Required Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in data governance, AI governance, technology risk, or related fields Proven experience in building or enhancing data governance or responsible-AI programs Strong understanding of data ownership, stewardship, and lifecycle management Working knowledge of AI concepts, including generative AI and performance monitoring Experience developing risk-based policies and governance processes in a fast-paced environment
