Transforming data into actionable insights, the full-time remote Data and AI Analyst will analyze data, develop reporting solutions, and leverage AI tools to drive strategic business decisions. Key responsibilities Analyze and transform data using SQL, BigQuery, and Tableau to support decision-making and develop insights Leverage AI-assisted development tools to enhance reporting workflows and create scalable analytical solutions Translate business questions into data-driven solutions and communicate insights effectively to stakeholders Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field 4+ years of hands-on SQL experience in data analysis and/or business intelligence Strong experience with Tableau and BigQuery Experience with Vibe Coding, Claude Code, Google AI Studio, or similar AI development tools Working knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation
