Owning the data systems and measurement analyses, the full-time Data Analytics Lead will work remotely to modernize data architecture, guide customer data integrations, and execute custom analyses while leading a team of data analysts and engineers. Key responsibilities Modernize data architecture to be AI-ready and accessible for users Guide execution of data integrations into customer systems in collaboration with the solutions engineering team Lead and mentor a team of data analysts and engineers while executing client-specific analytical requests Required qualifications Deep expertise in SQL and Python, with strong capabilities in data modeling and quantitative analysis Strong command of modern data architecture, particularly for AI readiness 10+ years of experience in data science/analytics and/or data engineering roles, including managerial experience Relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry Undergraduate or master's degree in a technical discipline such as computer science, statistics, or engineering
