Leading a team of data professionals, the full-time remote Assistant Vice President, Data Analytics will drive the transformation of data into actionable insights, enhance business performance, and support strategic decision-making across the organization. Key responsibilities Lead and develop the Data Analytics team, providing direction and mentorship Collaborate with business leaders to define analytics requirements and deliver effective solutions Implement advanced analytics capabilities, including AI and predictive modeling, to support operational priorities Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer/Data Science, Actuarial Science, Finance, Business Analytics, or related field; Master's degree preferred 10+ years of analytics-related experience within the insurance industry, preferably in medical professional liability Expertise in analytics tools and languages such as SQL, Python, or R Experience with large datasets, data warehousing, and business intelligence platforms Strong financial and analytical skills with the ability to resolve complex problems effectively
