To support business decision-making, the full-time remote Data Analytics Analyst will perform data collection, analysis, and reporting, producing dashboards and statistical insights to enhance understanding of business performance. Key responsibilities: Collect, clean, transform, and validate data from multiple sources Build dashboards and performance reports while applying statistical methods to analyze trends Support automation and workflow optimization for reporting and analytics processes Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in analytics, statistics, business, data science, or a related field, or equivalent experience Typically 2 to 4 years of related analytics experience Proficient SQL and data querying skills with the ability to work with moderately complex datasets Strong Excel or similar tool skills Ability to translate data into insights and communicate findings to stakeholders with some guidance
