As a Data Analytic Manager, you will:

• Assign work to subordinates based on the nature of the work to be performed, priorities, selective consideration of task difficulty and the capabilities of employees.
• Maintain knowledge of IRS programs and operations, information systems, legislative history, and internal control systems sufficient to plan and oversee proactive data analytic studies/identify risks.
• Provide consulting services to assist customers in planning their data analytic activities for projects.
• Supervise a subordinate individual or team to plan, perform, coordinate and execute the most critical data analytic assignments to support projects encompassing the entire spectrum of IRS programs, projects and activities that often cross several operational functions.
