Collaborate with marketing operations analytics and campaign teams to ensure the right message reaches the right audience at the right time optimize engagement and conversion.Essential ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage audience segmentation strategies based on behavioral demographic and firmographic data. Partner with analytics and data teams to define audience criteria and build actionable segments.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to align audience strategies with campaign goals and KPIs. Extract ad hoc reports from the Enterprise Data Warehouse EDW to support marketing initiatives. Automate tasks in collaboration with project leads data analysts and end users.
Maintain data loads in marketing automation platform and troubleshoot failures with internal and external teams. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA in audience management. Support AB testing and audience experimentation to refine targeting strategies.
