This position serves an important role in supporting the Navy's ability to recruit, onboard, and retain top-talent through Data Modeling and analysis of work-flow processes.Responsibilities:Evaluate, develop, and implement solutions within current business processes to optimize efficiencies in collaboration with process SMEsEvaluate current workflows for potential bottlenecks and make recommendations for automation of manpower tasksDesign and deliver dashboards that reconcile key performance indicators and operational data for the command to drive actionable objectivesIdentify methods to collect, analyze, and manage data with the goal of making recommendations to improve data quality and the efficiency of the workflowEvaluate the performance and applicability of tools against customer and client requirementsFoster collaborative business relationships with stakeholders, business partners, and team membersCollaborate with Navy clients on enterprise reporting and objectivesTranslate high-level business requirements into functional specifications and reportsMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, other related fieldActive DoD SECRET security clearanceExperience with DoW/NAVWAR business practices, data management systems and processesHigh proficiency in Data Visualization and Data ModelingIntermediate to Advanced proficiency in Data CleansingHigh proficiency and experience with BI Tools (ie.
