Data AnalystSummit Human Capital is seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst to support our client in a hybrid capacity in Richmond, VA with a Fortune 100 client. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:4+ years of experience analyzing structured and unstructured data using SQL, SAS, or UNIX4+ years of hands-on experience working AWS environments4+ years of experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau4+ years of experience scripting with Python, R, PysparkExperience building and maintaining data pipelines and ETL processes using SQL, Python, and AWS (e.g., S3, Lambda, Glue, Redshift)Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with engineers, product owners, and stakeholdersAbility to perform data profiling, validation, and reconciliation to ensure data accuracyCapable of identifying and resolving data quality issues while supporting ongoing data governance effortsDesired:Experience managing and building datasets in Snowflake and/or DatabricksPrior experience in a financial services or large enterprise environmentFamiliarity with data privacy, security, and compliance standardsResponsibilities:Analyze and communicate data insights across cross-functional teamsCollaborate with business and technical stakeholders to support critical projects in card modernizationDevelop dashboards, queries, and real-time visualizations using industry-standard toolsSupport the transition of external systems to internal infrastructureEnable modernization by leveraging cloud-based data tools and practicesTranslate business needs into scalable technical data solutions aligned with enterprise goals
