Partnering with business stakeholders, the remote Data Analyst - Test & Learn will design and analyze test experiments to provide actionable insights that enhance business strategies and decision-making processes. Key responsibilities Deliver creative test solutions and strategies to address key business questions and drive results Communicate actionable test results effectively to both technical and non-technical partners Conduct ad-hoc analyses to identify test opportunities and participate in test planning meetings Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in analytics with a focus on data-driven projects Proficiency in Mastercard's Test & Learn tool and familiarity with A/B testing processes Strong foundation in statistical modeling and complex SQL queries Bachelor's degree in applied Statistics, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Market Analysis, or related fields Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex findings to senior management and stakeholders
