Technology Sr. Data Analyst LeadThe Technology Sr. Data Analyst Lead is a senior-level position responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team.
The overall objective of this role is to contribute to continuous iterative exploration and investigation of business performance and other measures to gain insight and drive business planning.Responsibilities:Develop creative technical solutions to meet business needs and manage complex, high volume applications in partnership with business partners and stakeholdersDerive insights from data across asset classes.Understand and collate client level and trade level data from different data sources for exploratory analytics.Interfaces with Business, key stakeholders, champions & re-engineering leadership to drive reengineering activities.Communicate with Senior and acts independently, as needed. Creates and delivers executive, high-impact presentations.Contribute to formulation of strategies/processes for Product Road map, Development and Governance and contribute to defining standards and new automation initiativesProvide advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business and filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex material from multiple sourcesExperience working with Global customersQualifications:10-12 years of experience in business analysis or systems analysisDemonstrated expertise in presenting and using planning tools.Excellent working knowledge on SQL, Python, and Data AnalysisHighly proficient in MS ExcelCapital Market experience is must.Highly effective communicator, able to interact with senior business managersAbility to work independently and take personal initiativeTableau development experience is plusEducation:Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience
