Portfolio Analyst, Cell Therapy Business Process ManagementThe client's Cell Therapy business is entering an exciting new phase as it begins the commercialization of its first CAR-T products. Commercialization drives new scope, scale, and complexity across the network, and requires manufacturing sites, global organizations, and IT systems to work together in new ways. The Portfolio Analyst for Cell Therapy Business Process Management (BPM Portfolio Analyst) works with the Project & Portfolio Management (PPM) team to manage the portfolio of projects and enhancements to enable CTDO late stage clinical and commercial operations.

The BPM Portfolio Analyst contributes to the success of the PPM team by ensuring completeness and accuracy of the items within the portfolio, providing analysis and insights into the BPM Portfolio, and administering the portfolio management tools. The BPM Portfolio Analyst works directly with the BPM Portfolio manager and Business Process Owners to verify project and component intake is accurate, complete, and prepared for presentation at the BPO Forum. The BPM Portfolio Analyst is also responsible for creating and maintaining portfolio dashboards and reports for communication to leadership, PPM partners, and PPM customers.Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:Partner with the BPM Portfolio Manager to organize, manage and communicate the CTDO BPM PortfolioSupport the intake & triage stage of the BPM PPM processVerify all necessary information is captured for each item within the portfolio as part of intake before it proceeds to the next stage of the BPM PPM processCreate and maintain portfolio dashboards and reports as neededManage stakeholder / user permissions and appropriate levels of access to project portfolio data, dashboards and reportsArchitect and administer Portfolio workspace in Smartsheet or similar toolAdminister BPM SharePoint and MS Teams including permissions and site content updateSupport and co-facilitate key meetings with the BPM Portfolio ManagerWork cross-functionally, including with IT and various process domains to support Cell TherapySkills/Knowledge Required:Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Information Systems, Business, Engineering or similar.3-4 years of experience in supply chain or manufacturing environment (pharmaceutical industry preferred).Experience in project and/or portfolio management processesExperience with delivery of small to medium sized projectsExperience in metrics and / or data reportingExceptional attention to detail and strong follow up skillsAbility to demonstrate success in managing multiple tasks to specific deadlinesStrong administrative, organizational and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of personal computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite, SmartSheet, etcExperience in Data Analytical tools such as Tableau creation and reporting, Power BI
