A4SAFE is seeking a Data Analyst/Engineer (Specialist III) to be part of the Biometric Advancement and Standards (BAS) initiative program which is a contracting vehicle tied to the Department of Homeland Security's (DHS) Office of Biometric Identity Management (OBIM).
Overview
Demonstrate responsibilities in applying analytic, testing and software engineering methodologies and principles to address client data needs.
Responsibilities
• Design algorithms, statistical and data models.
• Research, document, and establish established standards and protocols for medical data analysis.
• Possess clinical experience.
• Ability to lead team members for projects in healthcare management.
• Ability to perform some or all the following functions: Algorithm Development, Mathematical Model Development, Code development and optimization (such as JSON, XML), Micro service developer using such Restful.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies.
• Embedded Algorithms, Firmware Application Development, Real Time/non-real Time Control System Algorithm Development, Simulation Software Development, Hardware/Software Integration, Software Test.
Minimum Experience
Minimum/General Experience: Requires minimum 8 years of professional experience demonstrating responsibilities in applying analytic and software engineering methodologies and principles to address client needs.
Minimum Education
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related discipline.
