Final compensation will be determined based on qualifications and experience; candidates should not expect offers at the top of the range unless exceptionally qualified.Key ResponsibilitiesCollect, aggregate, and analyze program and performance data across grantees and regional portfoliosDevelop reports, dashboards, and data products to support decision-making and performance monitoringIdentify trends, risks, and performance gaps and provide actionable recommendationsSupport analysis of grant applications, monitoring results, and compliance findingsPrepare written analytical reports, summaries, and data visualizations for federal staffMaintain data accuracy and integrity within government systems (e.g., HSES, GrantsSolutions, tracking databases)Support development of standardized templates, reports, and data toolsCollaborate with program staff to align data insights with programmatic actionsMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in data analytics, statistics, information systems, public administration, or related field3–5+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or program evaluationStrong proficiency in Excel and data analysis toolsExperience working with federal data systems or structured datasets preferredAbility to translate complex data into clear, actionable insightsWork EnvironmentPrimarily onsite at Regional Office with approved ADS flexibilityRemote work permitted only under approved or contingency conditionsCompensation Range: The salary range provided is determined by market value, internal equity, and the candidate's experience and qualifications.
