We’re looking for a Data Analyst to turn data into clear, actionable insights that help our team make better business decisions. You’ll work with stakeholders across the organization to analyze data, identify trends, build reports and dashboards, and communicate findings in a simple and meaningful way.

What You’ll Do
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and potential issues.
Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
Use SQL to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.
Use Excel or Google Sheets for analysis, reporting, and data management.
Partner with business and cross-functional teams to understand their data needs.
Translate complex findings into clear, practical recommendations.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular insights to stakeholders.
Identify data quality issues and work with relevant teams to resolve them.
Support forecasting, performance analysis, and other data-driven projects.
Continuously improve reporting processes and analytical methods.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience working with SQL and spreadsheets.
Experience creating dashboards or reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical audiences.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
A proactive mindset and genuine interest in using data to solve business problems.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Python or R.
Experience working with databases and data visualization tools.
Knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling.
Experience working with business KPIs and performance metrics.
