The ideal candidate will have experience working with insurance products, claims datasets, and AI/GenAI technologies to support product benchmarking, policy analysis, and competitive intelligence initiatives.Required Skills5+ years of Data Analytics experience, preferably within the Insurance industry.Strong knowledge of Travel Insurance products, policy coverage, exclusions, perils, and claims processes.Experience with policy administration and claims data analysis.Proficiency in SQL, Python, Excel, Power BI, and/or Tableau.Hands-on experience with GenAI, LLMs, NLP, RAG, or document intelligence solutions.Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred SkillsExperience with insurance product benchmarking and market analysis.Knowledge of underwriting and claims operations.Experience with Azure OpenAI, GPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar AI platforms.Background in AI-powered policy analysis or document comparison solutions.
