Data Visualization SpecialistThis individual should have 3+ years of experience with data visualization. Should be able to explore and interpret large and complex datasets independently and proactively (can be 1 million plus records per day) and able to tell a story with that data and build visualizations that provide decision making based insights with accuracy.Job Summary:Develop and automate large data sets for the purpose of data mining and analysisData mining and analysis for ad hoc projects will include: exploratory data analysis, and data visualizationDevelop insightful dashboards that management can use to produce informed business decisionsUnderstand data and apply available tools to solve evolving business problemsRequired Skills:5+ years of experience as Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Developer, or a related analytical roleWillingness to continue to develop/learn new technical skills in support of new tools/methodsSignificant exposure to SQL and relational databasesHigh degree of proficiency in data visualization (Power BI, Tableau, Spotfire, Excel)Strong analysis, data manipulation, and problem solving skillsDesire to attack complex data setsAbility to work independently and manage several simultaneous efforts with a focus on results
