We are specifically looking for candidates who can articulate their project work confidently without preparation, particularly regarding SQL queries and real-world applications.Key ResponsibilitiesWork closely with stakeholders to gather data requirements and translate them into technical specificationsWrite complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze dataBuild dashboards and reports to support business decisionsInterpret data trends and patterns to deliver actionable insightsParticipate in data cleansing and validation activitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, business, and data scienceMust-Have QualificationsStrong SQL skills, including experience with: Joins (inner, left, right, full)Group By and Having clausesPattern matching using LIKE3+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar roleStrong communication skills – must be able to clearly explain current or recent project work and answer SQL questions on the spotExperience working with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle)Comfortable working onsite in Northbrook, IL
