Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, statistics, mathematics, actuarial science, public health, health informatics, healthcare administration, finance, or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience working with large healthcare datasets, data verification, and data management; OR 2+ years of IT experience with a strong data focus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Python or R for statistical analysis or automation.
  • Actuarial experience (health insurance, pricing, or reserving) or work in medical economics consulting.
  • Familiarity with evaluation of QAI initiatives, MLR targets, and healthcare KPIs.
