To support strategic growth initiatives, the contract-to-hire Data Analyst II will work remotely, leveraging advanced Power BI development skills, SQL, and Snowflake to create executive-ready reporting solutions while collaborating with stakeholders to define KPIs and drive standardized reporting practices. Key responsibilities Develop and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports, translating business requirements into actionable insights Query, validate, and troubleshoot enterprise data using SQL and Snowflake, ensuring data quality and integrity Partner with business stakeholders to establish KPIs and drive the adoption of reporting solutions that support strategic decision-making Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field or equivalent experience 2+ years of hands-on experience in Power BI development, including data modeling and dashboard design Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with Snowflake for data analysis Experience in developing reporting strategies and collaborating with stakeholders to define requirements Familiarity with enterprise data warehouses and business intelligence practices
